Personal Safety

DriveU has provided and will continually train our Driver Partners on best hygiene practices. Only Partners who have passed a comprehensive test will serve you.

Training for Personal Safety & Hygiene
We regularly train and test our drivers on maintaining personal hygiene, social awareness, and new government guidelines.

WHO Guidelines

Our driver partners are trained to follow WHO guidelines and safety measures to ensure everyone’s safety.

Mandatory Sanitation Kits: Partners are equipped with mandatory sanitation kits containing face masks and sanitizer for hands + vehicle touch points.

Social Distancing: We encourage our drivers to avoid shared transportation, social gatherings, and crowded places.

Usage of the Aarogya Setu App: Partners are encouraged to use the app to avoid hotspots and any high-risk individuals.

In a quest to keep everyone safe, we expect both our customers and our driver partners to adhere to the guidelines given by local authorities and the WHO.

Driver Requests to Customers: Drivers may request you to wear a facemask and run Aarogya Setu app before starting the trip.

Reporting Safety Lapses: Drivers and customers should report any safety lapses to our customer service team.

Safety Declaration by Customers

We expect our customers to accept a safety declaration which clearly states — they and any of their family members living together show no signs of infection, and they have not been advised to observe quarantine by authorities.
